This course is designed to provide psychologists and practitioners with an effective process for case conceptualization using the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT). The ACT Matrix will be demonstrated as an experiential tool for developing psychological flexibility and promoting clients' acceptance and change process.

Learning Objectives:

- Demonstrate how to apply the principles of Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) to conceptualize and analyze clinical cases presented by clients.
