Learn a Mindful, Science-Based, and Powerful Approach to Life Change
The ACT Matrix is a deceptively simple yet profoundly effective tool for psychological flexibility and values-based action. Often described as a “Word Mandala,” the Matrix combines the conscious focus of a mandala with the precision of language to support meaningful life change.
Â
In this one-day experiential training, you’ll learn how to use the ACT Matrix immediately with clients — and then explore what’s happening under the hood that makes it such a powerful intervention.
Whether you work with anxiety, depression, trauma, or everyday life challenges, the ACT Matrix offers a grounded, mindful framework that aligns beautifully with how many clinicians already think and work.
